Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of the projects’ scope of work and provide a labor estimate
  • Schedule all deliveries and installations; detail out plan of install
  • Conduct on site visits to check site conditions and critical dimensions
  • Coordinate project needs with general contractors, electricians, date techs, and other trades
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings
  • Track arrival and shipping dates of product; coordinate and monitor large direct to site deliveries
  • Prepare and detail out installation packet for the lead installer and coordinate product pulls from warehouse
  • Coordinate and lead internal pre-install meetings and post install meetings
  • Conduct site visits during installs
  • Recording, submitting, and rectifying punch times
  • Manage project timelines to ensure completion of all assigned projects

Skill Sets:

  • High skill set in customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Expert communication skill set required
  • Must be able to effectively provide detail communication by using a variety of tools i.e., emails, texting, phone calls, in person meeting
  • Must be able to communicate with various personnel groups
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Must be able to set clear deadlines, expectations, and follow up
  • Laser focus on details
  • Above average critical thinking skills
  • Effective in a team working environment


  • 3+ years of experience in the Commercial Furniture Industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office

The ideal candidate will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Highly effective project managers are strategic, and they must be able to roll with inevitable setbacks. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
