Account Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating quotes and budget proposals
  • Placing, tracking and managing orders and deliveries
  • Keeping team informed with weekly updates
  • Ensure accuracy on customer orders
  • Schedule installations with clients
  • Work directly with sales team, design team, and project management team to coordinate orders
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and the internal furniture team
  • Must be very organized and able to multitask and handle multiple projects as there is often a large amount of detail involved with each project
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to work well in teams
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Assist furniture team and customers with all day-to-day support issues
  • Maintain and strengthen national inner-dealer relationships through proposal development and order placement
  • Dealership point-person for coordination and receipt of all incoming/outgoing network transactions

Education/Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Commercial Furniture Industry a plus
