Do you offer free shipping on all your products?
We are proud to offer free shipping on every order, every day inside the continental United States. (Shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge).

What shipping options do I have?
All deliveries are shipped direct from Steelcase and are handled by Federal Express or Freight Delivery companies for oversized items. It will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to deliver from the ship date.

Can you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Yes. If you live outside the continental United States contact us toll free at 1.888.861.2525 or email info@office-environments.com for a personalized quote.

What should I do if my order was damaged during shipping?
Please accept the order, but be sure to note ‘damaged’ before you sign and have the delivery person sign as well. You may contact us toll free at 1.888.861.2525 or email info@office-environments.com and we'll process your shipping claim for you.

When will my order ship?
All our chairs are ordered specific to your needs and ship direct from Steelcase. Once we understand your unique product requirements (fabric, finish and options) we can quote you an exact lead-time, but most chairs ship within 12 to 20 business days and we do offer some products that ship within 3 business days.

Also, after placing your order, you will receive an email within 3 business days updating you on your shipment date.
